I’ve been mixing a scoop into my morning coffee for about a month, and my skin definitely feels plumper and my joints don’t ache after my runs anymore. It dissolves completely with no weird taste, which is honestly the biggest win for me since I’m picky about texture.

Three weeks in and I've noticed my knee joints don't creak when I get up from my desk anymore, which is exactly why I started taking this. The powder mixes into my morning coffee without clumping, and it's become the one supplement I actually remember daily.

My joints have been feeling noticeably more comfortable during my morning runs since I started taking this, and it dissolves cleanly in my coffee without clumping. The powder has no weird aftertaste either, which is a huge win for a daily supplement.
