I’ve tried other creatines that clump no matter how hard I shake, but the micronised powder here dissolves fast with zero grit at the bottom of my glass. It’s helped me push through the last few reps of my workout without any stomach discomfort.

Micronised really makes the difference here—it stirs into my shake in seconds with zero grit at the bottom, which I appreciate first thing in the morning. No bloating or stomach issues either, so it's been easy to stay consistent with it daily.

I've tried other creatines that clump up in my shaker, but this one dissolves almost instantly in water, which makes it much easier to get down before my workouts. After a few weeks of taking it daily, I feel like I've got that extra push for the last few reps.
