DIRTEA Essential Set

I’ve tried other creatines that left grit at the bottom of my shaker, but this micronised powder mixes so smoothly I barely notice it’s there. It’s become a staple in my post-workout routine, and I feel like my energy levels stay steady through the day.

Mixes into my morning shake with zero clumps, which honestly surprised me for a creatine powder. I’ve been taking it daily for a few weeks now and my energy during workouts feels noticeably steadier.

The micronised texture is a game-changer—it dissolves in water with barely any clumping, which I didn't expect from a creatine powder. I've been taking it post-workout for a few weeks and the easy mixing makes it way less of a chore. Feels like it's doing exactly what it should, no complaints here.
